Monday I wasn't feeling well but decided to continue with this 3 day detox. I woke up late and didn't prepare my shakes the night before so I just drank some naked juices along with lots of water and took my multi-vitamins.
Monday night I prepared my juices for the next day.
Tuesday was technically my first day because I had the actual shakes that the detox called for.
I'm counting it as day 2 but if we're being technical here Tuesday would have been day 1. (you still following?) Anyway, today is Wednesday Day 2 (day 3 in my head) and this is how I feel with no actual food.
**wait, I cheated last night and had a taco**
but I'm being honest so the next time I do this detox I'm sure I won't fail miserably.

I know I'm totally exaggerating and it's not even that bad.
The cool thing is that this week my pants are loose (even my mint pants that I love so much) and I'm down 2 lbs. I'm pretty sure I'm down an inch, I'll check once I get home.
It's kind of funny how you know your body and notice even the slightest changes. Well at least that's how it's been for me the last few months. I can tell when my love handles are more full than usual and I can tell when my waist loses even an eighth of an inch!

I know we all fall off the wagon sometimes but it doesn't mean that all is lost.
Just dust yourself off and try again!
