Last week I decided to start up a 90 day biggest loser challenge.
Today we will be starting this challenge and it will go on until November 3, 2013.
I feel this will be a great way to help motivate others to get a jump start on a healthier life.
Plus I need to hold myself accountable and what better way to do that then put yourself on blast with your weight loss progression?
I figured a $10 buy-in is feasible especially for those on a budget (me) plus I'll be putting together a great goodie package filled with workout dvds, gift cards, healthy food items and whatever else I feel like putting into it within the next three months.
Prizes are always good right?
I'm excited for this challenge and it's a great way to stay in touch with old friends as well as meet new ones!
