Breaking it down

I've been talking to people about my decision to join Beach Body as a coach.
I apologize if my fitness posts are getting tiresome but really that's what has been going on around these parts lately.
It's really quite simple as to why I did.
I found so many inspiring people that have done Beach Body challenges and have gotten results.
And when I say results, I mean, MAJOR results.
The cool thing about it is I was able to sign up for team beach body totally free.
I saw how many people were working out that day and tracking their workouts and I started getting excited.
I saw transformation photos and I thought to myself, "I can totally do this especially with the virtual support."
I did Insanity a year ago, got half way through and stopped because I got lazy BUT I saw results.
My thighs were more toned, my love handles weren't as evident.
Being a coach, I get a discount on all the products and that is an added bonus.
Trust me I've been doing my homework.
I know this business venture is for me.
I know it won't be easy but I know I have what it takes. (sound cocky? well I'm just speaking truth.)
When speaking to people, some are interested or want to try Shakeology but when finding out the price they tend to shy away.
Yes I get it, times are rough so I decided to look into my own account just to see how much I was spending on junk food and going out to eat.
I went back a whole month and calculated all the times I went out to eat, stopped off at the grocery store to grab quick frozen foods because I didn't have "time" to make dinner and all the times I've actually paid for my lunches in the lunch room because I didn't pack a lunch.
It was a little embarrassing to see that I spent over $200 in just one month on JUNK!
Looking at the bigger picture Shakeology is not expensive especially with all the money I spent last month on fast food and Shakeology is full of over 70 nutrients that our body actually needs.
I've tried Visalus, I've gone to Jamba Juice, Juice It Up, I've had V8 and even Monavie but they all lack pre-biotics (a food ingredient that promotes the growth of beneficial microorganisms in the intestines) and digestive enzymes (facilitate the chemical breakdown of food into smaller absorbable components) that our body needs.
If you calculated the price of Shakeology for a month, it is really just $4.33 a day.
I spend more than that on Big Macs.
Trust me, I've had my share of heart attacks Big Macs.
Let's be real here, I'm not a health nut (although I have been doing my homework) but if I can have a shake that is yummy with no funky after taste and it is filling my body with over 70 nutrients, I'm all in.
I hope you are all doing well.
Can you even believe we've already gone through Septemeber? It's almost over!
Wasn't it just June? :)
Have a great day!
